Feature:

H-3201 foam stabilizer is a silicon-carbon bond surfactant and it is suitable to F-11 and 141b foaming system. It has excellent compatibility with polyether polyol .The stability of premixed polyols is good. H-3201 has excellent emulsification ability, stabilizing foam ability and nucleation ability. With H-3201 surfactant, the fluidity of the materials is good; the large voids under foam surface can obviously be reduced or even eliminated. H-3201 surfactant can give foam very fine cells, high closed cells, supper insulation and homogeneous density distribution. H-3201 is applied for premixed polyols used in refrigerators, ice cupboards, PU foam sheet, spraying foams etc.

Storage and Application

This product is non –toxic and non-corrosive. It must be sealed and stored in dry place. Its shelf life is more than 12 months. It is recommended to warm up to room temperature.
